Before, I told stories through video. Now, I craft narratives through product design.

Yes, I went through a challenging but inspiring transition from video producer to UX designer.

My UX journey began last year at a TV station where I spearheaded the redesign of an internal media transfer tool. Drawing on my journalism skills, I observed and queried my colleagues to pinpoint their needs and pain points in using the tool for TV show production, providing valuable insights to the product team.

Recognizing the transferability of my quick learning and communication skills to UX, I made the decision to leave my job and pursue further studies at the University of Washington.

Now equipped with extensive experience spanning healthcare, gaming, and education industries, I am passionate about forging a career in UX to serve as the vital bridge between product teams and users.
